Downhill Ride is a hazy double IPA clocking in at 8.2% ABV and featuring Citra and Mosaic hops. The aroma is a sunny mélange of fruity notes: underneath the obvious citrus tones (mandarin orange, grapefruit) we found hints of ripe melons, terpy hops and some herbal hoppy aromas.

This beer was brewed and fermented in the classic New England IPA style, yielding an opaquely hazy beer with a full, silky mouthfeel. Those tiny haze particles are great at clinging to fruity and hoppy flavors, so we double-dry hopped this beer with Citra and Mosaic hops to saturate the liquid with delicious hoppy goodness.

We’ll be rolling this beer out with a limited run of 16 oz, 4pack cans and it’s on draft in the taproom.
