Temporary Ripple is a hazy, tropical IPA. The Sabro hops impart a complex combination of tangerine, coconut, tropical and stone fruit with secondary flavors of vanilla and hints of cedar. Sorachi Ace hops brings a mild bitterness with hints of lychee and lemongrass.
The coconut is prominent on the nose and in the foam/head. The flavor is a burst of tropical fruit and creaminess. It’s truly like a beach vacation in an IPA.
The Sabro hops are in limited production. While this beer is very popular, the challenge of acquiring the hops means this will likely be its last year in production. It shall, sadly, live up to its name in our portfolio of beers.
