We’re hosting an Alpha-Gal friendly beer pairing dinner at Three Bird Cafe that you won’t want to miss. Chef Jen and Gotahold Brewing co-owner, Wendy, both have alpha-Gal and were lamenting how they miss out on some of the fabulous pairing dinners around town due to their allergies, so they created their own!
