Tasting notes: Callipygian, peach

Sour, Dry, Peachy

Bright peach and light vinegar come off of the glass with an undercurrent of woody funkiness.

Sharp and punchy!  Tart fruitiness is emphasized with mild carbonation, making it the star of the show. Juicy peach emerges more and more with every sip as earthy funk and dry woodiness balance the tartness. Ends with a lingering sour note at the back of the palate and a light drying on the tongue.

Try pairing with: Grilled white fish, a summery salad, charcuterie, or chicken taquitos! For dessert, try with cheesecake, coffee cake, or vanilla ice cream!
