Tasting Notes: Sir Brutus 2024

Written by Alyssa Zimmerman:

Rich, dark caramel and a light oakiness open with vanilla following and an almost smoky, charred characteristic. Big and balanced. Lightly sweetened caramel morphs into chocolate as you sip with a lingering bitterness at the back of the palate. Dates add fruitiness while vanilla and a faint hint of alcohol lend their warmth and bring everything together.
